Application These rotary jet heads provide 360 0 indexed impact cleaning over a specific period of time depending on configuration. It is powered by the cleaning media and generates a guaranteed means of achieving repeatable Quality Assurance in tank cleaning. Used in Brewing, Dairy and Food processes and many other industries, these devices are suitable for processing, storage and transportation tanks and vessels between 0.5 to 1250m 3 in capacity. Working Principle The flow of cleaning fluid rotate an internal turbine which runs through a reduction gearbox producing a geared rotation around the vertical and horizontal axes. In the first cycle, the nozzles lay out a coarse pattern on the internal surfaces. The subsequent 7 cycles gradually make the coverage pattern more and more dense until the full pattern is achieved.

Standard Design The choice of nozzle diameters can optimise jet impact length and flow rate at the desired pressure. The Toftejorg TJ20G for example is tested according to the EHEDG test procedure. Standard documentation can be supplied as a “Declaration of Conformity” for material specifications.
