Application In todays process industry it is so important to achieve fast effective cleaning of all equipment used in the production process and this includes Duct W ork, Vent Lines, Cyclones and many other applications where access is impossible. For these the Pop Up Retractor system was developed to allow the automatic washing of these problem areas, again using specially drilled balls to create the correct coverage patterns either to wash around a Bend, a Tee Piece, or even a complete Dryer System all can be cleaned at a press of a button. The units deploy using the CIP fluid pressure with a spring return action, they can come compete with Proximity switches to indicate position and are self draining.
