 Products Overview - Tank Cleaning

Rotary Spray Head Technologies

This type of cleaning head design is a simple progression from the fixed spray ball, while using the same inlet pressure, cleaning fluid volume can be reduced by 30% because of the total 360 0 coverage that can be achieved and the vibrational impingement that is generated.

These units are self cleaning and are used across all the sanitary process industries, manufactured in 316L Stainless Steel, C22 Hastelloy with the option of 3.1B documentation if required and now being ATEX approved gives the rotary spray head great flexibility in its application.

Please See The Rotary Spray Head Page And Data Sheet For Specific Details.

Rotary Jet Head Technologies

This type of cleaning head design uses a turbine driven gearbox to create a condensing indexed cleaning pattern in both the vertical and horizontal axis.

The units operate from an inlet pressure of between 4-8 bar depending on the size of tank and product to be removed. The benefits achieved using this technology is guaranteed repeatable cleaning standards, with all the internal surfaces of the tank receiving high levels of impingement, while at the same time 50% savings can be made in cleaning fluid requirement and effluent volumes to the drain.

Commonly used in applications where the product to remove is viscous, tank internals have complicated agitators, batch production where product contamination is important to avoid and where fast repeatable cleaning standards are demanded required while use of utilities are to be maximised.

These units are self cleaning and come in a comprehensive range that have cleaning performances to suit any size of tank with effective jet radiuses from 2 – 14m.

Please See The Rotary Jet Head Page And Data Sheet For Specific Details.

Thick Walled Fixed Spray Ball Technologies

This is a range of fixed spray balls that are machined from solid stainless steel using a wall thickness of between 3 – 4mm (depending on ball diameter) enabling them to be drilled with specific spray patterns ( targeted spray patterns ) producing a much better coverage of all the hard to clean inlet connections etc inside the tank.

The Thick Walled Balls come in a range of different diameters, inlet connections, head shapes and materials, all supported with 3.1B documentation and almost any polish standard internally and externally that may be required.

Please See The Thick Walled Spray Ball Page For Specific Details
